1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between , henceforth referred to as "the Company," and any individual or entity making use of the driver recruitment services provided by the Company, henceforth referred to as "the Client."
2. Services Provided
The Company offers driver recruitment services to help Clients find suitable candidates for various driving positions. These services include but are not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the job requirements, including but not limited to job descriptions, qualifications, and any specific skills or certifications required. The Client agrees to promptly review and respond to candidate submissions provided by the Company. The Client is responsible for verifying the qualifications, credentials, and background of any candidates presented by the Company before making any hiring decisions. The Client agrees to communicate promptly and professionally with the Company regarding the recruitment process, including feedback on candidates and updates on the status of job openings.
4. Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Company's fees as outlined in the agreement between the parties. Fees are due upon the successful placement of a candidate with the Client. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. In the event of non-payment or late payment, the Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and/or suspend services until payment is received.
5. Candidate Representation
The Company makes reasonable efforts to screen and assess candidates before presenting them to the Client. However, the final decision regarding the suitability of a candidate rests with the Client. The Company does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any candidate, nor does it guarantee that any candidate will accept an offer of employment from the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the actions or omissions of any candidate placed with the Client.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the recruitment process. The Client agrees not to disclose any information about candidates provided by the Company to third parties without the Company's prior written consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees owed to the Company for services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabd Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect immediately upon notification. By engaging the services of the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. And We have the right to change/modify/edit/delete/update the terms and conditions.
